1. Printing Errors & Defects

If you receive a card with printing defects, physical damage, or misprints caused by our production error, we will gladly issue a free reprint or full refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before printing has commenced. Once an order enters the printing phase, cancellations cannot be accepted.
