Q. What type of PVC material is used for printing?

We use premium standard 30 MIL (0.76mm) CR-80 PVC plastic cards—the exact same high-durability specification used for banking cards. They are 100% waterproof, smudge-proof, and flexible.

Q. What file formats are accepted for document uploads?

You can upload PDF files, high-resolution JPG/JPEG, PNG, or WebP images. Please ensure the document text and QR codes are clear for the best printing results.

Q. How long does printing and delivery take?

Orders are printed and packaged within 24 hours of placement. Standard delivery via our courier partner Shiprocket takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on your delivery PIN code.

Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most Indian PIN codes for eligible orders. A nominal COD handling charge of ₹50 applies.

Q. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email notification with your AWB tracking number. You can also visit our public Track Order page and enter your Order ID or AWB number for real-time milestones.

Q. Are my uploaded documents secure?

Absolutely. All uploaded documents are stored in secure private storage outside public access and are encrypted on our server. They are strictly utilized for card printing and can only be accessed by authorized fulfillment technicians.
