1. Document Confidentiality

We understand the sensitivity of identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Voter IDs, and Employee cards. All documents uploaded to our platform are stored on encrypted, access-restricted servers and are used exclusively for printing your requested physical PVC card.

2. Data Access & Retention

Only verified printing technicians have access to view files during active production. We do not sell, rent, or share personal documents with any third-party marketing entities.

3. Secure Online Payments

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store credit/debit card numbers or CVV details on our servers.
